Facilities for disabled people
The church has a hearing induction loop.
The church is fitted with pews but space can be made in side aisles for wheelchair users. Please ask a sidesperson for assistance on arrival.
The main door (North door) has a few steps but the West door is wheelchair accessible. Please ask a sidesperson for it to be opened if it is unlocked on arrival.
Facilities for children & families
Children and families are more than welcome at our services!
The church has a small children’s area to the right of the North door on entering. It is equipped with books and toys and is free for people to use to occupy little ones quietly during services. Don’t worry if they make a noise. That’s what children do!
Pushchairs can be left near to the side pews or at the side or back of the church. Please ask a sidesperson for assistance.
There are no toilets or changing facilities in the church itself. However the church hall on Ramsey Road (opposite The Merchant House) is left unlocked during services and has toilets and baby change facilities available. It includes a disabled toilet but access is via steps, although temporary ramps are available. Please ask a sidesperson or churchwarden for assistance.
Access to the church when locked
For security reasons, the church is locked when not in use.
If you would like access, however, please contact the Vicar on email@example.com or Churchwardens on firstname.lastname@example.org
